Job Description

Role Purpose

To lead and strengthen the Commercial Claims function by driving efficient processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering superior service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust claims management processes with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Conduct process audits, reviews, and performance evaluations
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth claim operations
  • Define, monitor, and improve service standards and turnaround times (TATs)
  • Develop and manage MIS dashboards, reporting systems, and analytics
  • Drive business reviews and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Lead market engagement initiatives to enhance brand positioning and benchmark competition
  • Anchor and coordinate technical trainings and capability-building programs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and timely submissions

Candidate Profile

  • 810 years of experience in claims management (Property & Marine lines)
  • Strong understanding of commercial insurance claims processes
  • Excellent analytical and investigative capabilities
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
  • High orientation towards process excellence, compliance, and governance
  • Innovative thinker with a learning and growth mindset
