Job Role:

An Insurance Claims Executive, is responsible for managing and processing insurance claims. The role involves reviewing and validating claims, advising clients, negotiating with insurers and other stakeholders, preparing reports, mentoring junior staff, maintaining accurate documentation, and collating data for management reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review all necessary documents related to the claims, ensuring compliance with policy terms and conditions.
• Provide clear and comprehensive advice to clients on the claims process.
• Guide clients through the submission of claims and required documentation.
• Resolve disputes and reach amicable solutions that align with policy terms and client expectations.
• Compile and prepare detailed reports on claims activities for analysis and review.
• Ensure all claims-related documents are accurately filed and securely maintained.
• Maintain up-to-date records in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Gather and analyse claims statistics and data for management reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance claims management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, claims processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
