Role Description

This full-time, on-site role for a G+12 Finishes professional is based in Hyderabad. The primary responsibility is to oversee and ensure the quality and timely completion of finishing works across high-rise residential projects up to G+12 structures. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring construction finish standards, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with project timelines, and resolving site-level challenges. Additionally, the role includes supervising on-ground teams, maintaining safety and quality control, and collaborating with the design and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Expertise in finishing works, waterproofing, painting, tiles fixing, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and related interior and exterior operations.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes, safety standards, and construction project management principles.
• Experience in contractor management, stakeholder coordination, scheduling, and monitoring project timelines to ensure targets are met.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications, along with attention to detail in all construction activities.
• Ability to manage large teams effectively, troubleshoot on-site challenges, and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
• Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and modern techniques; knowledge of industry trends is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; prior experience in managing high-rise residential projects is highly desirable.
