Role Description This is a full-time, on-site G12++ Civil Tower Incharge role based in Hyderabad. The Civil Tower Incharge will oversee day-to-day tower construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams; monitoring site progress; and resolving technical issues related to structural, infrastructure, and stormwater systems. The role involves conducting regular site inspections, maintaining quality control documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations. The Civil Tower Incharge will also plan resources, support billing and measurements, track materials, and provide progress reports to project management and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking for multi-storey tower projects.
• Experience in infrastructure and stormwater management, including drainage, utilities, and associated civil works.
• Proven team leadership capabilities to supervise site engineers, supervisors, and contractors and foster a safe, collaborative work environment.
• Hands-on experience with site inspection, quality control, and compliance with structural and safety standards.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in high-rise residential or mixed-use construction projects is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, IS standards, and construction best practices.
• Proficiency in basic construction software and MS Office for reporting and documentation.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills.
