Job Title: Senior Site Supervisor
Location: Mumbai (On-site)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure timely project execution, and maintain quality and safety standards across construction activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily on-site construction activities
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and committed timelines
- Monitor material usage and site inventory
- Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety norms
- Report daily progress to project manager and senior management
- Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively to avoid delays
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, and authorities when required
Special Emphasis on Timeline Management:
- Take complete ownership of project timelines and milestone tracking
- Ensure strict adherence to construction schedules and delivery commitments
- Proactively flag delays and implement corrective actions immediately
- Coordinate across teams to maintain uninterrupted workflow and avoid bottlenecks
- Maintain daily and weekly progress reports aligned with project timelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 812 years of experience in construction/site supervision
- Strong knowledge of RCC, finishing, and civil works
- Experience in residential redevelopment projects preferred
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination ability
Preferred Criteria:
- Prior experience working on Mumbai-based projects
- Familiarity with local authority processes (BMC, approvals, etc.)
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
Compensation:
4,00,000 7,00,000 per annum (based on experience and skillset)
