This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Supervisor, based in Indore. The Civil Supervisor will manage day-to-day site activities, oversee construction work, and ensure operations align with project timelines and quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising on-site teams, maintaining safety protocols, ensuring materials meet project requirements, and collaborating with project managers to coordinate activities smoothly.

• Strong Site Supervision and On-site management skills for ensuring project efficiency and compliance
• Proficiency in Quality Control to maintain construction standards and project benchmarks
• Effective Supervisory Skills to manage and guide on-site teams
• Good Communication skills for coordinating with team members, contractors, and stakeholders
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and technical documents
• Relevant experience in civil construction or project management
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred
