Designation: Structural Engineer
Work Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai
Experience: 3+ years in Structural engineering
Qualification: B.E. or M. Tech in Civil Engineering.
Salary: Up to 6.00 LPA
Working Days: 6 Days (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
The Structural Engineer will be critical in ensuring the structural stability of their
innovative prefab solutions, which are often cited as being stronger than RCC
structures due to precision engineering.
Job Summary :- The Structural Engineer designs, analyses, and assesses structures to
ensure they withstand various forces. This role involves applying engineering mechanics
principles to create efficient, sustainable, and code-compliant designs for new projects
or to assess and rehabilitate existing infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities :-
Structural Design & Analysis :- Design structural systems (e.g., foundations, frames,
beams, columns) and perform detailed analysis and calculations using hand methods
and software (ETABS, Revit, STAAD.Pro). Calculate load demands (dead, live, wind,
seismic, snow).
Documentation & Compliance :- Prepare and review engineering drawings,
specifications, and reports. Ensure designs comply with building codes and industry
standards. Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals.
Collaboration & Project Management :- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers,
and contractors. Provide technical support during construction, addressing RFIs and
design changes. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and assess quality.
Assessment & Problem-Solving :- Investigate and evaluate existing structures,
recommending repairs or retrofitting. Resolve complex structural issues.
Technical Skills :-
* Expert knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.
* Proficiency in structural analysis and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS,
, Revit, STAAD.Pro).
* Understanding of construction methods, materials (steel, concrete, wood, masonry),
and their behavior.
