Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Civil Structural Engineer at EASTERN METEC PRIVATE LIMITED, located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The role involves designing civil engineering structures, shed structure for steel plant, performing structural analyses, hand to hand structural work, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety protocols. The engineer will also contribute to project planning and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and Plant Shed Structural concepts.
• Strong skills in Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering
• Experience in Project Management with an ability to coordinate effectively and meet deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering design and analysis software
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's degree is an advantage)
• Familiarity with Steel Industries standards and regulations
• Prior experience in construction or industrial engineering projects is a plus point.
