Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Civil Site Supervisor. The Civil Site Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, ensuring that construction activities align with project specifications and timelines. Responsibilities include managing on-site personnel, monitoring project progress, conducting quality control checks, and resolving any issues that may arise during the construction process. The role requires strong communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and manage on-site teams effectively.
- Site Supervision and On-Site Expertise: Experience in overseeing all on-site construction activities and ensuring adherence to project plans.
- Quality Control: Proficient in implementing and monitoring quality standards throughout construction processes.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to coordinate with team members and stakeholders effectively.
- Educational and Professional Background: Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering or related fields are preferred. Previous experience in construction site supervision is advantageous.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address challenges and implement solutions on-site efficiently.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and construction regulations is an added advantage.
