Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee and execute civil works for our high-end construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality developments, with a strong focus on quality, precision, and adherence to timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

- Monitor and ensure high-quality execution of civil works such as RCC, finishing, masonry, waterproofing, and structural elements.

- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

- Prepare and maintain site records including work progress reports, material consumption, and quality inspections.

- Review and interpret engineering drawings, construction plans, and technical specifications.

- Ensure proper implementation of high-end finishes and luxury standards in civil construction.

- Support project planning, scheduling, and ensure milestones are achieved within cost and time constraints.

- Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations and site protocols.

- Identify and resolve technical issues on-site proactively.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil).

- [25] years of relevant experience in civil execution, preferably for luxury/high-end residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.

- Strong technical knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and quality standards.

- Proficient in site measurements, estimation, and resource management.

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, or similar tools.

- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet tight deadlines.
