The Site Engineer is responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring the timely execution of projects with high-quality standards. • Oversee daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Prepare and manage detailed execution plans aligned with project timelines
• Coordinate with planning teams to ensure adherence to schedules
• Monitor progress and take corrective actions to avoid delays
• Ensure all work meets defined quality benchmarks and workmanship standards
• Implement processes and SOPs without compromising execution quality
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain quality checklists
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and on-site workforce effectively
• Ensure availability of manpower, materials, and resources as per plan
• Drive productivity, discipline, and accountability at the site
• Resolve on-ground challenges proactively
• Work closely with architects, consultants, and internal teams
• Interpret drawings and ensure accurate execution on-site
• Coordinate for material deliveries and resource allocation
• Identify potential risks and plan mitigation strategies
• Act as the primary on-site point of contact for clients
• Provide regular updates on progress and timelines
• Address client queries, concerns, and expectations proactively
• Build trust through clear communication and reliability
• Maintain daily progress reports and site records

• Ensure proper documentation of drawings, changes, and approvals
