Education qualification – Bachelor or Architecture or Bachelor of Interior Design

                                                                                                                                                                             Experience required for the role:-

·      2-3 years experience in Detail Design Development for office Interiors or 2-3 years experience in Interior Site Execution.

·      And 3-4 years experience in Interior BOQ, Tender and Coordination of all services.

Roles of the Candidates: -

Due diligence for Interior fit out purposes. Periodic site measurements to be done for layout purposes and help to convert in Auto CAD format.

Design coordination of all services in Interiors. Conflicts to be resolved in all coordinated detail drawings.

Site visits- Check all design in site as per Design document, all site variation and heights to be checked.

Analyse Interior Specifications and Bill of Material understanding.

Analyse all construction drawings for fit out purposes.

Working Knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, Fire & Safety systems for workplace Interiors & AutoCAD proficiency

Responsibility of the candidates

Site Due Diligence- Interiors & all Services.

Preparation of BOQ as per Interior Design.

Review all coordinated service drawings.

Review all Interior Construction drawings.

Review all Shop drawings as per Interior Design Drawings.

Review all Interior Items for procurement and check Bills from AutoCAD.

Review all Interior works at site as per approved Design & quality.
