Job Description
Key Responsibilities: - Civil -Site Supervisor
Oversee daily site operations to ensure work is carried out according to approved plans, specifications, and schedules.
- *Planning and Coordination:*
Plan and allocate resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment; coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
Inspect work progress, materials, and workmanship to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Interpret and implement design drawings, construction methodologies, and technical documents.
Maintain accurate daily site reports, progress records, and as-built drawings.
- *Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):*
Enforce safety protocols and ensure the site complies with all HSE regulations and policies.
Identify and resolve technical or operational issues that arise during construction.
Assist in quantity take-offs, material estimation, and preparation of contractor bills.
- *Stakeholder Communication:*
Liaise with project managers, architects, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth progress and timely completion of work.
- Qualifications & Skills:*
Education
Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
25 years (for junior roles) or 510 years (for senior roles) of experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or building projects.
