We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Project Manager with 9-17 years of experience to lead our engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project delivery, strong leadership abilities, and exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Prepare project schedules and budgets, and ensure adherence to them.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 9-17 years of experience in civil project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and other design software.
