Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Civil Engineer role located in Ahmedabad. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing and planning civil engineering projects, managing stormwater systems, and collaborating on various construction and development initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing design drawings, developing project plans, and ensuring that engineering solutions meet client requirements and comply with industry standards. The individual will work closely with project management teams to deliver high-quality results within specified timeframes and budgets.

Job Summary:

TWG Company is looking for experienced and dedicated Civil & MEP Engineers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing project execution, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery across multiple sites.

Qualifications and Skills:

• BE / B.Tech in Civil, Electrical, or MEP (Mechanical) Engineering.
• 58 years of experience in project management and site execution.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and standards.
• Proficient in Civil Engineering Design, Planning, and Stormwater Management.
• Hands-on experience in civil engineering roles with solid knowledge of construction practices.
• Skilled in project management tools, MS Office, and relevant industry software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple on-site projects effectively
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Strong expertise in Planning and Stormwater Management
• Experience working in Civil Engineering roles and a strong understanding of construction practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and manage multiple projects effectively
• Familiarity with relevant industry software is a plus

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Civil Engineer:

• Plan, design, and supervise civil construction works including structural, architectural, and finishing activities.
• Manage site execution and ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project delivery.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
• Monitor progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Conduct quality checks and resolve on-site technical issues promptly.

MEP Engineer (Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing):

• Plan, design, and execute MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting works.
• Coordinate with civil and architectural teams to ensure seamless integration of MEP services.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure timely completion of MEP works.
• Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during execution and commissioning stages.
