Civil Manager

Civil Maintenance Operations

• Handle all internal and external civil maintenance work of buildings

• Manage repair works including plastering, painting, polishing, and finishing activities

• Repair and replace structural elements such as stones, facade glass, and flooring materials

• Address seepage, cracks, and structural damages in walls and ceilings

• Ensure functionality of sewerage and stormwater drainage systems

Preventive Maintenance & Planning

• Monitor and execute preventive maintenance schedules

• Ensure timely completion of civil maintenance activities as per plan

• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) for civil works

• Allocate tasks to team members and supervise execution

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all civil work is carried out following safety norms and regulations

• Maintain safe working practices at site

• Ensure compliance with building maintenance standards

Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with estate manager, key account manager, clients, and occupants

• Support technical issue resolution at site level

• Report maintenance status and escalate critical issues when required

• Manage communication with internal and external stakeholders

Team Management

• Allocate work to technicians, fitters, and maintenance staff

• Guide and monitor team performance for quality execution
