Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Graduate Trainee/Site Engineer based in Chennai. The Civil Graduate Trainee/Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and handling structural engineering tasks. The role also includes coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring timely completion of projects. Effective communication and collaboration with team members and contractors are crucial to the role.
Qualifications
- On-Site experience and familiarity with construction activities
- Strong Communication skills
- Proficiency in Quality Control measures
- Knowledge in Structural Engineering
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Prior experience in the construction industry is an advantage
