Description
We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to oversee and manage our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in civil construction, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage construction activities on-site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and report on any issues or delays to project manager.
- Assist in the preparation of work schedules and resource allocation.
- Train and mentor junior staff and laborers in construction techniques and safety protocols.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in civil construction or related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
