Civil Fitout Executive

Role & Responsibilities

• Maintain records of all building drawings.
• Make sure all instructions/guidelines are being followed as per the fit-out manual.
• Provide necessary permits (night work, hot work, height work).
• Coordinate for all necessary security arrangements for execution of fit-out activities.
• Monitor and control work in progress as per approved plan by the client.
• Ensure completion of snagging and de-snagging work of flats/common areas.
• Ensure all safety requirements are being followed at the site.
• Advise contractor on minor execution issues.
• Ensure that all work meets client design control specifications.
• Daily visit to ongoing fit-out work for checking of civil work layout.
• Work closely with management to help improve and maintain the building in clean and maintenance-free condition.
