The candidate should be able to work independently as well as in a team environment, and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
- Preparing design plans and specifications for construction projects
- Conducting site investigations and analyzing data
- Performing calculations and analysis for structural design
- Preparing cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Overseeing construction and ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards
- Collaborating with other engineers, architects, and construction personnel to ensure project success
- Managing project timelines and budgets
- Communicating with clients and stakeholders to understand project needs and provide updates
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
- 1-8 years of experience in civil engineering projects
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software
- Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
