Civil Engineer

We are looking for an experiencedCivil Engineerto take care of all the construction and maintenance work atAquatica, Kolkataone of the city s top water parks and resorts. You will be responsible for keeping the facilities in good shape and also helping to build new projects like restaurants or attractions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Maintain Buildings and Pools:

• Check and maintain all civil structures like pools, buildings, and pathways to keep them in good condition.

Handle Repairs and Construction:

• Take care of repairs and upgrades when needed. Plan and manage new construction projects at the resort.

Lead the Team:

• Guide and supervise workers, contractors, and maintenance staff to get the job done well and on time.

Coordinate with Others:

• Work closely with management, architects, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

Follow Safety Rules:

• Make sure all work is done safely and meets legal and safety standards.

Solve Problems Quickly:

• Fix any urgent issues that may come up, to ensure guests are not affected.

Manage Budgets:

• Keep track of costs and find smart ways to save money while still doing quality work.

Keep Records:

• Maintain records of construction work, repairs, materials used, and expenses. Report updates to management.

What We re Looking For:

• At least10 years of civil engineering experience, especially in resorts, parks, or restaurants.
• Good knowledge of building materials, safety rules, and construction work.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good at solving problems and making quick decisions.
• Clear and confident communication.
• Familiar with civil engineering tools and software
