Role Description

The Civil Engineer will play a key role in the planning, design, and execution of luxury residential projects for Sauvage Homes. This full-time, on-site position is based in North Goa, working closely with architects, project managers, and construction teams to ensure structural integrity, safety, and compliance with local regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, site plans, grading and drainage layouts, and stormwater management systems. The role involves conducting site inspections, coordinating with contractors, monitoring construction progress, and resolving technical issues that arise in the field. The Civil Engineer will also contribute to project scheduling, cost estimates, and quality assurance, helping to maintain the company's standards of excellence in every build.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in civil engineering principles, including Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills.
  • Experience of 1 - 3 years with project Planning and coordination for residential or luxury property developments.
  • Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage design, and site infrastructure solutions.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other Civil Engineers, architects, and construction professionals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar tools).
  • Familiarity with local building codes, safety standards, and permitting processes in Goa or similar jurisdictions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work on-site full time in North Goa and manage multiple tasks within project timelines.
