We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer-Civil to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and experience overseeing construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects on-site to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met within deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control throughout the construction process.
• Assist in resolving any technical issues that arise during the construction phase.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
