Work Experience:8 12 years

Nature of work exp

Hands on experience on planning, design, estimation, tender, execution project management of Industrial and commercial projects having good knowledge of interiors.

Good understanding of basic engineering and working process so as to impart technical guidance to contractors for completing the job in schedule at lowest cost and highest quality

Professionals involved in planning execution of green-field industrial commercial projects besides above shall be preferred.

Any Industry preference- Industry, Infrastructure, Construction

-Key responsibilities

Planning , Coordination with architects / consultants, Preparation of specification, project approval, cost estimation, Tender, technical evaluation, negotiation, design checking, execution , scheduling, monitoring ,bill checking, safety, quality check liasioning with Govt./Statutory authorities.

Desirable

Multiple Project Handling Skill, Knowledge of latest technologies in Civil Engg., MS -Project / Primavera softwares, AutoCAD.

Competencies:

Functional -

Project management, Design checking/Designing of structures, Drafting, Contract documents, Interiors

Managerial-

Able to lead a team of engineers, good man time management

Any other specific job requirement-

A strong leader with excellent technical and work management capabilities.
