Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

* Supervise day-to-day construction site activities and ensure work progress as per project timelines

* Manage and coordinate with contractors, labor, and site workers

* Monitor construction quality and ensure adherence to engineering standards and specifications

* Ensure safety measures and compliance for workers at the construction site

* Maintain proper project documentation, reports, and site records

* Coordinate with architects, consultants, and management for project execution

* Ensure compliance with local building regulations and statutory requirements

* Track material usage and manage site resources efficiently

* Assist in resolving site-related technical issues

Required Skills

* Strong understanding of construction methods and site management

* Knowledge of building regulations and safety standards

* Ability to manage workers and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

* Good documentation and reporting skills

* Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and construction tools is an advantage

Preferred Candidate Profile

* 3–5 years of experience in real estate or construction projects

* Experience in handling site operations and labor management

* Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
