Job Description

  • Accountabilities:
  • Work in coordination with the HR Manager to plan strategies and implement various HR changes.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including:
  • Screening of CVs.
  • Scheduling interviews.
  • Managing staff requests.
  • Coordinating induction processes (employee life cycle implementation).
  • Manage HR activities such as NATS & NAPS (GET & Apprentice Management).
  • Maintain payroll software and data related to all HR activities.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and statutory policies by maintaining records with various government agencies (PT, PF, ESIC, NPS, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Foster a positive work environment by creating employee engagement initiatives that reinforce desired culture and behaviors.
  • Transportation and vehicle management.
  • Review and process HR-related invoices.
  • Coordinate with Front Desk Executive for visitor management and canteen facility management.
  • Oversee security, labour contracts, and housekeeping services.
  • Manage employee mediclaim, life insurance details, and updates.
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive.
  • People-oriented and results-driven with a positive approach.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Additional Job Requirements:
  • Physical and Psychological Demands:
  • Employees are required to manage the physical and psychological demands of their job to perform duties safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain personal fitness and activities outside of work to ensure readiness for work at all times.
  • Travel:
  • Occasional travel requirements on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Flexible Working Hours:
  • Must be willing to contribute experience and skills to colleagues and employees at other sites and regions.
  • Availability for after-hours work, meetings, functions, and appointments.
  • Qualifications:
  • Essential:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Effective communication in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, particularly with manufacturing industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience working with multinational manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
  • Key Skills:
  • Human Resources management.
  • Labour Contract management.
  • Coordination and communication across teams and departments.
