Civil Engineer PSS Projects PRIMARY SUBSTATION PROJECT

Job Purpose

The Civil Engineer is responsible for supervising and executing civil works related to PSS and

substation projects, ensuring quality, safety, and coordination with electrical works.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise execution of foundations, trenches, duct banks, cable pits, plinths, and civil

structures

Ensure civil works comply with approved drawings and specifications

Coordinate civil-electrical interface activities

Supervise civil subcontractors and site teams

Ensure quality control and safety compliance for civil works

Conduct inspections and prepare progress and inspection reports

Monitor materials, workmanship, and site housekeeping

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering

Experience

Minimum 5 years civil construction experience

Utility / substation civil works experience preferred

Skills

Strong site supervision and coordination skills

Ability to interpret civil drawings and specifications
