Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Technical Support Engineer role for Nashik Maharashtra Location. The responsibilities include providing technical support for billing and estimation, uploading documents in the software and assist with the changes or recommendations, assisting customers with their concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. The role requires analysing and resolving system or network issues while maintaining strong communication with clients to meet their needs effectively.

Job Role: BE Civil - Technical Support Executive eEstimate / eMB / eBilling

Qualification : Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Civil) or relevant

Position- 3-6 Months Internship / 1 yr. Trainee or Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Provide support to government engineers for Estimate, eMB & eBilling usage

Conduct online (AnyDesk/Meet) & offline desk-to-desk training

Attend phone calls & resolve user issues

Troubleshoot login, data entry & workflow problems

Maintain logs & prepare simple Excel reports

Coordinate with backend team for escalations

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Estimate, MB & Billing process

Good communication & problem-solving skills

Strong Excel knowledge ( basic formulas)

Ability to handle remote tools (Any Desk/TeamViewer) and Email Writing
