Responsibilities

• Design and oversee construction projects such as roads, bridges, and buildings.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, plans, and specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, urban planners, and other engineers to ensure project feasibility.
• Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and interns.
• Utilize CAD software to create and modify engineering designs.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 1-10 years of relevant work experience in civil engineering projects.
• Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Ability to analyze complex engineering problems and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
