Civil Engineer Project Controls & Analytics

The Opportunity

We are looking for a smart, analytical and process-oriented Civil Engineer for a role focused on project controls, data validation and management reporting. This is not a conventional site-engineering role.

Key Responsibilities

·       Ensure timely and complete project data from site teams.

·       Validate project information for accuracy, completeness and consistency.

·       Monitor project performance and identify unusual trends or deviations.

·       Prepare scheduled performance reports for senior management.

·       Follow up on missing or incorrect information and maintain reporting discipline.

·       Use AutoCAD to review drawings and capture/check project quantities; drawing preparation is not part of the role.

Mandatory Eligibility

·       Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

·       Working knowledge of AutoCAD – ability to read drawings and capture/check quantities.

·       Comfortable with Excel, numerical calculations, percentages, quantities and variances.

·       Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail.

·       Mumbai-based or willing to work from our Mumbai office.

Who Should Apply

Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome. Prior analytics experience is not mandatory; analytical mindset, curiosity and willingness to learn are more important.

Selection

Shortlisted applicants will undergo a brief numerical and analytical aptitude assessment as part of the selection process.

Compensation

₹30,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on capability, analytical aptitude and relevant experience.
