- Job Title: Civil Engineer (Residential Project)

- Experience: 58 Years (Must)

- Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering

- Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 per month

Responsibilities:

- Supervise residential construction site work

- Handle contractors and site workers

- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities)

- Check contractor bills

- Submit daily progress reports to Project Manager

- Ensure quality and timely completion of work

Requirements:

- Experience in residential construction projects

- Good knowledge of BOQ and bill checking

- Strong site management and coordination skills
