Responsibilities
- Follow up with the site engineers of Contractors and or sub contractor to ensure that work being carried out as per shops drawings, specification & meeting planned dates in schedule
- Daily reporting about progress, non compliance and any delay in work
- Ensure that communication regarding any changes in plan have reached the engineer/ contractors and or sub contractors representative.
- Assist in engagement reviews, quality and safety procedures
- Identify and highlight possible risk on project
- Actively monitor the work environment for hazards
- Accurate inventory and ensue that the supplies are properly maintained.
Key Success factors along with matrices
- Monitor & Control site progress by liaising with Contractor & Sub contractor
- Ensure project documents are complete, current and stored appropriately
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelors of Civil Engineering from an institute /University recognized by UGC preferred Post Graduation in Construction Management
Required Experience (Incl. No. Of Years) / Exposure
- 9-11 years of work experience with at least 4-5 years of work experience Large Infra organization.
