·        Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, vendors, and clients to drive project success.

Compliance & Documentation

·        Ensure adherence to IS, BIS, IRC, and other applicable codes and environmental regulations.

·        Maintain design documentation, calculation sheets, and approval records as per audit and project requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

·        Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.

·        15–20 years relevant experience in civil design, preferably in CHP, thermal power, mining, or heavy industrial infrastructure projects.

·        Proven expertise in reviewing and optimizing consultant designs and handling government approvals and liaison activities.

Technical Skills

·        Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, and other civil design tools.

·        Strong knowledge of Indian and international civil/structural design standards.

Behavioral Attributes

·        Excellent communication and client-facing skills for effective liaison.
