The Store Design Manager is responsible for overseeing the design and development of retail store layouts, ensuring they align with the brand's aesthetic and operational goals. This role involves managing a team of AutoCAD designers, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring that store designs enhance the customer experience while optimizing space and functionality.
Bachelors degree in Civil, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 8-15 years of experience in retail store design, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp MS Excel
