Experience- 6+ yrs in commercial and high rise building project

Salary- Upto - 3 LPA

Location- Mumbai

Job Description

Prepare client bills, subcontractor/vendor bills, and running account (RA) bills based on work progress.

Verify contractor invoices, quantity measurements, and rate analysis before processing payments.

Ensure billing is aligned with BOQ (Bill of Quantities), contract terms, and project specifications. Cross-check quantities of materials used and work completed against the approved BOQ & drawings.

Conduct on-site inspections to verify measurements before billing approval.

Prepare and maintain Material Reconciliation Statements (MRS)Assist in preparing project cost estimates, rate analysis, and cost comparisons.

Track budget utilization and identify cost overruns in the project.

Provide reports on cost variations, additional work claims, and deviation approvals. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and finance teams for smooth billing processes.

Maintain records of billing documents, invoices, work orders, and agreements.

Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and progress reports for management review.
