Location: Bangalore Office (with extensive travel to T2 cities)
Overview:We are seeking a City Operations Head to oversee our T2 city operations across multiple states. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing geographically dispersed clinic networks remotely, with strong instincts for building systems and teams that operate independently while being hands-on enough to travel and course-correct when needed.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Clinic Expansion and Management
- Lead clinic performance and growth across current T2 cities (Nagpur, Nashik, Ranchi, Mangaluru, Hubli) and upcoming markets in Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh.
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all T2 clinics, ensuring consistent service delivery and patient satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships across multiple geographies, including sourcing, negotiations, and escalation management.
- Build and enforce standardised operational policies and procedures adaptable to varied T2 market contexts.
2. Team Management
- Lead and manage a distributed team across multiple cities, fostering accountability in a remote-first structure.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance through structured reporting and periodic travel; provide coaching, mentorship, and support to achieve operational goals.
3. PnL Management
- Own PnL across all T2 clinics, with a focus on revenue optimization and cost efficiency in smaller, higher-variance markets.
- Plan and execute marketing and BTL activations tailored to T2 city dynamics to drive patient footfall.
- Identify and eliminate operational inefficiencies across a geographically dispersed portfolio; maximize profitability while managing the unique constraints of T2 markets.
