City Lead Fundraising Team

ActionAid Association (AAA) is a national organization and part of the ActionAid International federation, a global movement advocating for human rights and working to eliminate poverty and injustice. Operating in India since 1972, AAA has a presence in 25 states and one Union Territory, with 12 regional offices. As a non-profit organization, AAA collaborates with communities to foster solidarity and empower individuals at local, national, and international levels. The organization envisions a world free of poverty, patriarchy, and injustice, where every person has the right to live with dignity.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) Fundraising Executive, located in Bengaluru South, with opportunities for partial remote work. The HNI Fundraising Executive will be responsible for cultivating relationships with high-net-worth individuals, managing donor communications, and soliciting major gifts to support AAA's mission. They will also strategize and implement fundraising plans, organize donor engagement activities, and ensure professionalism in representing the organization in all interactions.

• Proven skills in fundraising, donor engagement, and relationship management
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Expertise in research and data analysis to identify donor prospects
• Event planning and coordination experience
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting
• Proficiency in leveraging CRM tools or related software
• Understanding of social development issues and commitment to social justice
• Prior experience in HNI fundraising or related fields is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, or a related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field or professional certification in fundraising is a plus
