Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a City Sales Head based in Mumbai. The City Sales Head will be responsible for leading and managing the commercial sales efforts for the region, developing strategic sales plans, and driving B2B client acquisition. They will oversee account management activities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities for growth. Additionally, the role involves leading and mentoring the sales team to achieve targets and ensure process excellence.

Qualifications
  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Experience in Account Management, cultivating relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in Team Management, with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess market opportunities, develop strategies, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Familiarity with the office interiors or B2B sales industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
