The role is responsible for driving the growth and operational excellence of Companies automotive service ecosystem.
This includes expanding and managing partner workshops, ensuring high-quality service delivery, leading regional operations teams, and supporting business growth through new partnerships and revenue channels. The position requires strong
execution capabilities, stakeholder management, and a data-driven approach to maintain customer satisfaction while achieving business and operational targets.
Responsibilities
- Onboard and manage partner workshops and ensure smooth setup and activation.
- Own city-level P&L, revenue, and profitability.
- Manage end-to-end city operations and service delivery.
- Onboard and manage partner workshops and vendors.
- Drive customer satisfaction through quality control and low TAT.
- Lead and manage city operations teams.
- Track and improve operational KPIs and efficiency and team management
- Handle customer escalations and issue resolution.
- Drive local partnerships and city-level growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Mechanical/Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
- 610 years of experience in operations, business management, or city leadership roles.
- Experience in automotive, mobility, marketplace, or service-led businesses preferred.
- Strong P&L understanding, execution mindset, and analytical skills.
- Proven team and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
