Job Description –

Be the operational head of Jamboree for our Jaipur operations

Ensure the profitability of the business unit and the achievement of sales and delivery targets

Ensure the timely delivery of services and streamline processes that make operations efficient in each of the centers

Team development through coaching and mentoring

Assess & track market share of the company's product offerings

Conduct seminars on Education Abroad in schools and colleges

Brainstorm new and creative strategies for growth and expansion

Promote consistent customer experience that can represent the overall brand experience

Desired candidate's profile – We are looking for candidates with ability and proven accomplishments in Business Development, Sales and Team Management.

Should have extensive experience in handling sales and performance of a business unit

Work Schedule: 6 days a week including Saturdays and Sundays
