Role: Citrix Support Engineer

Environment: Citrix, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Desktop & Network Support
Key Responsibilities Include:
- L2 desktop and field support for end users
- Active Directory user management and ServiceNow ticket handling
- Installation, configuration, and support of Citrix applications
- Troubleshooting workstations, network devices (switches, firewall, access points), and peripherals
- Coordination with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution
- Server patching, antivirus updates, and documentation of incidents
