Role: Citrix Support Engineer

Experience: 24 years

Location: Chennai

Joining: Immediate / within 10 days

Environment: Citrix, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Desktop & Network Support

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • L2 desktop and field support for end users
  • Active Directory user management and ServiceNow ticket handling
  • Installation, configuration, and support of Citrix applications
  • Troubleshooting workstations, network devices (switches, firewall, access points), and peripherals
  • Coordination with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution
  • Server patching, antivirus updates, and documentation of incidents
