Details:

We are looking for an L1 Support Specialist to join our team The ideal candidate should have 3-4years of experience with a solid understanding of Citrix and VMware environments. This role requires a strong foundational knowledge of these technologies, with the ability to handle basic support tasks, such as troubleshooting, user assistance, and routine maintenance.

The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with users and provide timely support. Additionally, we are seeking someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and open to further developing their expertise in both Citrix and VMware technologies.

Key skills required:

  • Proficiency with Citrix products (Citrix Virtual Apps, Citrix Desktops, etc.) and VMware (vSphere, Horizon, etc.) at a foundational level.
  • Ability to provide L1-level support and escalate issues to higher levels when necessary.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • A strong desire to expand technical knowledge in Citrix and VMware environments.

We are looking for a candidate who can work effectively in a team, has a positive attitude towards learning, and can quickly adapt to new technologies.

Job Requirements

Details:

Must Graduate (Preferably BTech/ BE Pass out)
Must have good knowledge of Computer basics.
Must have good understanding of Citrix and VMWare.
Good communication skills with attitude of learn and perform.
Knowledge of ITIL process.
Flexible to work in Rotational Shifts.
If having any training on IT Infra structure skills will be preferred.
