We are looking for an L1 Support Specialist to join our team The ideal candidate should have 3-4years of experience with a solid understanding of Citrix and VMware environments. This role requires a strong foundational knowledge of these technologies, with the ability to handle basic support tasks, such as troubleshooting, user assistance, and routine maintenance.
The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with users and provide timely support. Additionally, we are seeking someone who is proactive, eager to learn, and open to further developing their expertise in both Citrix and VMware technologies.
