This role is for a Cisco Networking Adoption Specialist to lead post-sales adoption and ensure clients maximize the value of their Cisco Networking solutions. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with strong communication skills, capable of creating success plans, leading workshops, and acting as a vital link between customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard & Guide: Lead clients through the onboarding and adoption of Cisco Catalyst Center, Meraki Dashboard, and SD-WAN solutions.
- Tailored Success Plans: Create and drive technical adoption plans that align with enterprise network goals and Cisco best practices.
- Run Adoption Workshops: Conduct highly technical, customer-facing sessions and documentation walkthroughs.
- Collaboration with Success Teams: Partner with Sales and Customer Success to identify growth opportunities and ensure customers realize value from their investment.
- Voice of the Customer: Gather and escalate product feedback to internal teams to ensure product evolution meets real-world demands.
- Feature Utilization Tracking: Monitor customer usage trends and proactively assist with feature discovery and use-case expansion.
Skills & Experience
Required Skills:
- Direct customer-facing technical experience focused on Cisco Networking.
- Practical, production-level experience with Cisco Catalyst Center, Meraki Dashboard, and Cisco SD-WAN.
- Familiarity with network policy automation, telemetry, configuration management, and cloud-managed networking.
- Proven history of delivering customer workshops, webinars, and onboarding sessions.
- Strong interpersonal and English communication skills, specifically for US enterprise audiences.
Preferred Skills:
- Cisco certifications (CCNA minimum, CCNP or above preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
