Key Responsibilities

• Independently resolve network and security tickets within SLA guidelines
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for security operations
• Provide inputs to update and improve SOPs and work instructions
• Follow escalation processes for unresolved or critical issues
• Manage shift handovers and maintain continuity of operations
• Update and maintain the knowledge base with relevant information
• Coach freshers and analysts on ticket handling, capturing critical information, and correct routing
• Technically upgrade systems and processes across environment versions as needed
• Participate in Sev1/Bridge calls and CoE meetings to share and acquire knowledge
• Manage independent shifts while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
