This is a full-time, on-site role for a Circle Head located in Solan, Himachal Pradesh. The Circle Head will oversee daily operations within the assigned region, manage team members, and execute strategies to achieve sales and performance targets. Responsibilities will also include building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing market trends, and providing regular reports to senior management. The role emphasizes leadership, strategy implementation, and ensuring smooth operational workflow within the circle.

• Proven skills in Team Management, Leadership, and operational oversight
• Experience in Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Business Networking
• Analytical and Problem-Solving abilities for handling market challenges and performance metrics

• Ability to work on-site in the Solan, Himachal Pradesh region
• Proficient in time and resource management to achieve targets and drive efficiency
• Previous experience in the elevator/real estate sector or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field
