Job Description
Responsible for designing, developing, and configuring fulfilment workflows on the Ciena Blue Planet platform. Works on service modelling, resource modelling, and integration with upstream/downstream systems. Supports enhancements, defect fixing, and deployment activities to ensure reliable fulfilment automation across BT domains.
Key Responsibilities
Develop fulfilment flows in CBP MDSO/Designer. Build and maintain resource adapters and service templates. Collaborate with architects and BT SMEs to interpret requirements. Support SIT/UAT and production rollout.
