CIC Trainer - ( Contractor Incubation Centre – Trainer )
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct Pre-job meeting and assess the risk
- Competency building – Contract workers with job based training on topics not restricted to Chemical safety, Molten material handling, Work permit, LOTO, Material handling, Machine guarding, PPE's, Fire safety, Electrical safety, Hot work, Work at height, Confined space etc.
- Hands on experience in Behavior based safety and conducting on field behavior observations.
- Implementing the behavioral intervention to improve safety at the field level among the employees & contractors.
- Assess and Evaluates the performance of contract workers on field and generate data for contractor safety performance
- Rolling out Safety Interventions programs
- Act as a coach and mentor in field with contractor work force and supervisors
- Develop and issue monthly MIS
Desired Profile
- Experience on EHS standards
- Passion towards Training on Safety Topics.
- Experience in Cement/Steel/Power Plants or Chemical Industry.
Desired Experience
- Minimum 10 12 years of experience
- At least 4 Years experience in Steel Industry
- Must have experience in BBS/ Safety Training.
Qualification
- Engineering Degree / ME Industrial Safety (or) Safety Qualification ( PDIS or ADIS)
