Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Chit Fund Collection Executive. The primary responsibilities include managing debt collection, overseeing credit control operations, and maintaining accurate financial records related to chit fund accounts. The role also requires establishing clear communication with clients to ensure timely payments, analyzing financial data to assess repayment capabilities and risks, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure efficient collection processes.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Credit Control and Debt Collection to effectively manage financial interactions and ensure payment compliance
- minimum 1 year chit fund collection experience is must. Experienced candidates are welcome to apply
- Should be ready to meet the clients in the Field
- Bike and licence is mandatory
- Excellent Communication skills to establish rapport with clients and address inquiries professionally
- Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data, assess risks, and aid in decision-making
- Experience in Finance or related fields to provide context and expertise in managing collections
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a client-focused, result-driven approach
- Proficiency in relevant financial and billing software tools
- Previous experience in chit fund collection or a similar financial role is a plus
