Role Description
Hotel Centre Point is seeking a dedicated and passionate Demi Chef de Partie specializing in Chinese and Indian cuisine. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur, Maharashtra. Key responsibilities include preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, assisting with menu development, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and collaborating with the kitchen brigade to ensure efficient operations. The role requires adherence to food presentation standards, portion control, and handling special dietary requirements as needed.
